Overview
It is certainly “ritzy”, and so popular you many need to reserve a spot two or three months in advance if you plan a weekend visit. Service is, of course, impeccable, the sandwiches delicate, the pastries ethereal, the Palm Court defines luxury and the tea can be a special house brand or your favorite brewed to perfection. With luck you can extend your taste of affluence for a couple of hours. Then it’s time to stroll across Green Park past the Palace as you discuss the harpist or pianist. Tea for two in the Palm Court will cost about £56.
