Knightsbridge on a Sunny Sunday with a stroll through the Victoria and Albert or shopping Harrods and, perhaps, theater in the offing makes tea very attractive and the price for the quality does not improve over the Basil Street Hotel. It’s worth noting that, if your British Breakfast is big enough, you can do nicely with but a beer at noon and a late tea to radically cut meal costs.
